Sarsika Tiger reserve at one time had no tigers left. In 2009, 5 of them were relocated from Ranthambore. Although, it was out bad luck that we were not able to see any one of them during our trip.

Located near Alwar, Rajasthan - Sariska is a part of the Aravalli Hills
Locals collect dry woods from the areas nearby
With strict poaching laws, limited visitors are allowed to enter daily. This encourages wildlife to be out in the open more freely without any danger.
The Safari was quite adventurous with our jeep turning narrow paths so dangerously. Thanks to our 'First-time driver'.
It was really hot but the calmness of the birds cooled us down.
Keep the river streams clean ! Don't bathe in it !
They look at you with hostile eyes and your cameras are often their preys.
With so much deforestation in the past, the forest is beginning to revive.
It's summer time and every drop is precious.
Sun-baked
Barren and ironical
I think they both are arguing over a female antelope ;)
Crocodiles await
Peaceful co-existence
Power Nap or Is it ? Watch out
Bear Grylls would have found some protein here for sure !
Perfect weather for a nice dip in the lake
Attitude huh ?
Lost for direction? Ask the Mountains
Age of loneliness
