Pauri

Pauri, very close to Nepal, with a population of just over 24000 has lots in store for young trekkers who want to explore something hardly explored. A pleasant place throughout the year and lots of greenery is a perfect getaway if you are looking for a short 3 day trip.

Nainital

Nainital, named after Lake Naini, is as beautiful as it sounds. A set of beautiful waterfalls and lakes - they all have a story behind them. Wiki it ;-)
Naintal also holds home for Jim Corbett National Park, named after the famous hunter Edwards James 'Jim' Corbett. Though, hunting is strictly prohibited, the National Park has set high standards in Wildlife Conservation and a shelter for the critically endangered Bengal Tiger.
